Not own notice of four money. Not at all: there is an astronomic sum in palio; the maximum number of the auction is in fact 17,5 million Euro in three years. Tutt’altro: in palio c’è una somma astronomica; la cifra massima dell’asta è infatti 17,5 milioni di euro in tre anni.

Che – nella migliore delle ipotesi – guadagna al massimo 2.000 euro al mese.

3) Drafting of the studies of feasibility NSIS,

4) I support in the government of the program of accomplishment of the NSIS, 5) methodologies Development for the analysis of the sanitary phenomena and 6) Monitoring of the Plans of return.

It is then completely obvious that the advice crosses the frontier in activity of pure research, like those of the point 5, for which the debate in the clinical, epidemiological, economic sciences is in course and not at all what concluded. Also other activities, nevertheless being able to take shape like advice, actually they regard largely the statistical analysis (I point 2), and that one juridical - economic (I point 6); it comes then naturally to think that also on the point 3 the expertise of statistical ones and engineers should be completely desirable. viene poi naturale pensare che anche sul punto 3 l’expertise di statistici e ingegneri sia del tutto auspicabile.

It are to be asked, then, it sets out on his journey of entrusting everything to the outside be able to combine efficiency and results: would not it be better to think that the Ministry should develop inside such levels of professionalism (the fact what they go to competition must make thinking that they should not be at present disposable)? And even if the outsourcing was of the completely necessary one and opportune one, is it possible that there do not exist within the bounds of the Pa (and particularly in the technical Companies of the sanitary sector) adequate levels of professionalism that can be put to disposition of the Ministry? Instances that if gatherings would lead to save several money to the state. Above all considering that on the pay packet of a public seeker – with 25 years of seniority – they result at most about 150 Euro in the day. And not 533, as those foreseen by the ministerial ban. E anche se l’outsourcing fosse del tutto necessario e opportuno, è possibile che non esistano nell’ambito della Pa (e in particolare negli Enti tecnici del settore sanitario) professionalità adeguate che possono essere messe a disposizione del ministero? Istanze che se accolte porterebbero a risparmiare parecchi soldi allo Stato. Soprattutto considerando che sulla busta paga di un ricercatore pubblico – con 25 anni di anzianità – risultano al massimo circa 150 euro al giorno. E non 533, come quelli previsti dal bando ministeriale.
